Wood is a material that brings a sense of coziness, just like rice does for most Thai people. To represent the warmth and comfort feeling that wood brings, rice grains were crafted from various types of wood, such as Champa wood, Teak wood, Poplar wood, Oak wood, and leftover wood from factories commonly sold in Bangpho. These wooden rice grains are grouped into three main wood colour tones: dark, medium, and light. Additionally, a wooden Thai chicken bowl was crafted as tableware, which is commonly used among Thais and helps to deliver a sense of comfort to audiences.
